Folic Acid Awareness

Spina Bifida is the most common permanently disabling birth defect in the U.S. It occurs when the spine of the baby fails to close during the first month of pregnancy. The Spina Bifida Association of Wisconsin would like to get the message out about folic acid and it’s role in reducing the risk of this and other birth defects.

Introduction to Zen Meditation

Zen is a practice of direct, unmediated awareness. Fundamentally, Zen is being present here and now with what is here and now, just as it is. In practicing Zen there is a need to develop direct awareness and attempt with great calm and patience to bring this awareness to everyday life. Come, experience Zen meditation and learn more during this introductory class.
